Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
Starting January 1, 2023, we will require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Patients who cancel less than 24 hours before their appointment or fail to show for their appointment will have a $50 fee applied to their account. The fee must be paid before the patient will be allowed to re-book.
