  • Therapeutic Injection Services

    Botox® for Migraines | Botox® for Masseter Muscles (TMD/TMJ, jaw clenching, bruxism,) | Botox® for Hyperhidrosis

    Botox® is well-known for is cosmetic effects, but there are several medically-indicated uses for the same medication. Botox® can help alleviate migraines, TMD or bruxism (jaw clenching), and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). For these indications, Botox® is often covered by health insurance plans with a prescription - book a consult with the medical director to find out more information.

    Injection fee - $150 with a prescription for non-office patients

    Medical Botox - $6/unit without a prescription

  • Mole, Skin Tag and Wart Removal

    Cosmetic removal of unwanted skin lumps, bumps or lesions by cryotherapy or surgical excision. All lumps and lesions removed must meet cosmetic criteria - any suspicious skin formations will be referred to dermatology before removal.

    Moles and skin tags - starting at $75/lesion

    Wart - starting at $50/lesion

  • Driver's and Employment Medical Exams

    Driver’s and employment medical exams can be conducted in office, following provincial or federal guidelines.

    Alberta Driver’s Medical - $150

    RCMP Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) - $250 - billed directly to Medavie Blue Cross
